It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Bishop William Howard Collier of Grace Family Worship Center in Troy, Ohio. Bishop Collier and his family have been a Circle of Spirit Member for many years. Their church program "A New Season" airs on Tuesdays at 4 pm and replays on Fridays at 7 am. All the staff enjoyed working with him, he will be missed.
